Every figure is calculated from your answers against industry benchmarks for your trade. The close-rate leak, for example, uses your reported lead volume, your close rate, your average job value, and the benchmark close rate for your trade -- not a generic average.

The calculations run conservative on purpose, and the total is capped as a share of your reported revenue so the numbers stay grounded in what's actually recoverable through operational fixes.

The numbers are only as accurate as the answers you gave. If you reported a 55% close rate and your real one is 35%, the math will be off accordingly.
