02

How your numbers are calculated

Every dollar figure is calculated directly from your answers — benchmarked against industry data for your specific trade. Here's the actual logic:

Lead Conversion Opportunity:
( benchmark_close - your_close ) × monthly_leads × avg_job × 12 × recovery_factor

Customer Retention Opportunity:
( benchmark_retention - your_retention ) × annual_customers × avg_annual_value

Dead Lead Opportunity:
estimated_dead_leads × re-engagement_rate × avg_job_value

The recovery factor is deliberately conservative — typically 25–40% of the theoretical maximum. The actual opportunity is almost always higher than shown. We'd rather understate and overdeliver.

The total cap is 28% of your reported annual revenue. No result exceeds this — a gap larger than 28% would require systemic changes beyond what a report can address.

Industry benchmarks are sourced from IBISWorld, BrightLocal, Angi Pro, and Salesforce SMB Research. Each trade has its own benchmark set.

06

Is $497 worth it?

The average diagnostic identifies $40,000–$90,000 in annual revenue opportunity. At $497, the report pays for itself if it helps you recover 1.2% of that gap.

If implementing the follow-up script in Section 06 converts a single additional job, and your average job is $2,500 — the report has already returned 5x its cost.

A business consultant doing the same work charges $3,000–$10,000 and takes 3–4 weeks. RevAnalysis delivers in hours.

We don't offer refunds on digital reports. What we do offer: if your diagnostic doesn't identify at least $10,000 in annual gaps, email us and we'll review your situation personally. We haven't had to do this yet.
