RevAnalysis ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Flavio DeOliveira LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
What We Collect
Diagnostic answers: Your responses to the 34-question diagnostic, including business name, city, industry, revenue range, and operational metrics. This information is used solely to generate your diagnostic results and report.
Contact information: Your name and email address, provided at the end of the diagnostic. Used to deliver your report and to contact you regarding your diagnostic.
Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.
Usage data: Basic page view analytics to understand how people find and use the site. This data is aggregated and never tied to individual identities.
How We Use Your Data
We use your diagnostic answers to generate your personalized results and report. We use your email address to deliver your report and, with your consent, to send you occasional relevant content, offers, or introductions that we believe may benefit your business — including from trusted partners such as business coaches, consultants, or service providers who work with home service businesses.
We may share your contact information and general business profile (trade, revenue range, city) with vetted partners — such as business coaches or consultants in our partner network — who may reach out to you with relevant services. We will only do this if you have opted in, either during the diagnostic or in a subsequent communication. You can opt out at any time by emailing flavio@revanalysis.com or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.
We publish anonymized, aggregate insights (like average close rates across all diagnostics) — this data is never traceable to any individual or business. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Diagnostic data is stored securely using Supabase (SOC 2 compliant). Payments are processed by Stripe. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We retain diagnostic data for up to 3 years to support report delivery and customer service.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing flavio@revanalysis.com. We will delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days of your request. Anonymized aggregate data derived from your responses may be retained.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies: session cookies for the diagnostic flow and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) for understanding site usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
